Plantstop.us is an international live plant exporter with a U.S.-based store.
For U.S. purchases, plants can be shipped directly from within the United States for faster and easier delivery.

1. Shipping Coverage

At this time, we ship live ornamental plants to U.S. addresses only.
Customers are responsible for verifying state and local regulations regarding live plant shipments. Feel free to reach out before ordering if you have any questions.

2. Shipping Time

a. Ready in USA

  • Orders ship within 3–5 business days after purchase.

  • Shipping days: Monday–Thursday.

b. Pre-Order / Fresh Import

  • Shipments follow our import schedule, typically every two weeks.

  • The latest schedule is available on our website banner and at checkout.

  • After arrival at our warehouse, plants require 3–5 days for repacking.

  • We do not ship on Friday–Sunday.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Ready in USA plants: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Fresh Import plants: Flat-rate shipping of $50 per order (no quantity limit).

4. Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available for orders of $1,500 or more.

5. Shipping Requirements

  • No special requirements are needed.

6. Processing & Dispatch Time

All plants require careful preparation before export.

7. Shipping Origin

  • Ready in USA: Shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

  • Pre-Order: Shipped from our trusted partner farms abroad.

  • USPS/UPS for Ready in USA orders.

  • Air Cargo + USPS/UPS for Pre-Order shipments.
