1. About Plantstop.us
Plantstop.us sells live ornamental plants and related products to customers in the United States.
Our plants may be offered through two primary fulfillment types:
Ready in USA
Plants that are already located in the United States and are available for domestic fulfillment.
Fresh Import / Pre-Order
Plants sourced from Indonesia and imported into the United States by Plantstop.us before being prepared for domestic shipment to the customer.
Product availability, fulfillment type, and estimated shipping schedules may vary and will be indicated on the applicable product page, website, or during checkout.
2. General Conditions
By using our website or purchasing from Plantstop.us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process and deliver your order.
We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to:

Refuse or cancel an order;

Limit quantities available for purchase;

Correct pricing, inventory, product description, or other errors;

Modify or discontinue products or services; and

Update these Terms from time to time.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for and the cancellation is not caused by customer fraud or another violation of these Terms, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.
3. Eligibility & Local Regulations
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to make the purchase.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that live plants may legally be received at their final delivery destination and for complying with any additional state or local restrictions that may apply.
For Fresh Import orders shipped through Plantstop.us to U.S. addresses, customers are not required to arrange the international import process themselves. Please see Section 8 for additional information.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and photographs.
Because plants are living products, natural variations may occur in:

Size;
-
Leaf shape;
-
Color and variegation;
-
Root development;
-
Number, position, or orientation of leaves; and
-
Overall appearance.
Minor cosmetic imperfections, including small marks, blemishes, or naturally occurring leaf damage, may also be present.
Reference Photos
Unless a listing is specifically identified as “REAL PICTURE,” “EXACT PLANT,” or similar wording, product photographs are representative of the type of plant being sold. The plant received may naturally differ from the photograph.
Exact Plant / Real Picture
When a listing is specifically identified as “REAL PICTURE” or “EXACT PLANT,” the customer will receive the individual plant shown in the listing, subject to normal changes that may occur while the plant continues to grow or during preparation and transportation.
5. Pricing, Payment & Orders
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required before an order is processed unless Plantstop.us expressly agrees to another arrangement.
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated by Plantstop.us.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or correct an order affected by:

An obvious pricing or listing error;

Inventory discrepancies;
-
Payment failure;
-
Suspected fraudulent activity; or
-
Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we are unable to fulfill, the applicable amount will be refunded.
6. Order Changes, Cancellations & Combined Orders
Adding Items
Customers may request to add available plants to an existing order before the order enters final packing or shipment preparation.
Additional charges must be paid before the added items can be confirmed.
Removing Items
Customers may request to remove individual items before the applicable items enter final packing or shipment preparation.
Approval may depend on the fulfillment status of the order, particularly for Fresh Import or Pre-Order products that have already entered the sourcing or import process.
Combining Orders
Customers with multiple orders may request that they be combined into one shipment when operationally possible.
Combining orders is not guaranteed and may depend on inventory location, fulfillment type, import batch, packing status, and shipment schedule.
Splitting Orders
Customers may request that an order be divided into multiple shipments when operationally possible.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.
Cancellation eligibility may depend on whether the order has already entered sourcing, import preparation, packing, or shipment processing.
Any approved cancellation and refund will be handled in accordance with our applicable refund procedures.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms, processing times, available shipping methods, shipping charges, and related conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Ready in USA
Ready in USA plants are fulfilled domestically from within the United States.
Fresh Import / Pre-Order
Fresh Import plants are sourced from Indonesia and imported into the United States by Plantstop.us according to our applicable import schedule.
After arrival in the United States and completion of the required inspection and clearance procedures, plants are prepared for domestic shipment to the customer.
Import schedules, processing dates, and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Plantstop.us is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Severe weather;
-
Carrier delays or disruptions;
-
Government or agricultural inspections;
-
Customs or regulatory processing;
-
Transportation disruptions; or
-
Other events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
8. Fresh Import & Regulatory Compliance
For Fresh Import orders, Plantstop.us handles the import process from Indonesia to the United States, including the required import documentation, customs procedures, and applicable agricultural inspections before the plants are released for domestic fulfillment.
Customers purchasing Fresh Import plants through Plantstop.us for delivery to U.S. addresses are not required to independently arrange the international import process or obtain the standard import documentation handled by Plantstop.us.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that live plants are permitted at their final delivery destination and for complying with any additional state or local requirements that may apply.
Plantstop.us cannot guarantee the timing of government inspections, customs processing, agricultural inspections, or other regulatory procedures.
If an order is affected by a government or regulatory action, Plantstop.us will handle the matter in accordance with the circumstances of the order and our applicable policies.
9. Refunds, Damages & Claims
Refunds, replacements, damaged plant claims, and other order resolutions are governed by our Refund & Resolution Policy.
Because we sell live plants, eligibility for a refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution depends on the circumstances and the requirements stated in that policy.
Customers must inspect their order promptly after delivery and submit any claim within the applicable claim period.
Plantstop.us may require supporting documentation, including:

Photographs of the plant;
-
Photographs of the packaging and shipping box;
-
Shipping labels; and/or
-
An unboxing video where required by the applicable policy.
Failure to provide the required information or to submit a claim within the stated timeframe may affect eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Normal acclimation stress, minor cosmetic damage, or changes caused by improper care after delivery may not qualify as damage or loss.
10. Live Plant Risk & Customer Care
Live plants naturally respond to changes in temperature, humidity, light, transportation, and growing environment.
Freshly imported plants in particular may experience temporary acclimation stress, including:

Leaf yellowing;
-
Leaf drop;
-
Wilting;
-
Temporary loss of firmness;
-
Root stress; or
-
Other temporary changes in appearance.
These conditions do not automatically mean that a plant is dead or permanently damaged.
After delivery, customers are responsible for providing appropriate care and growing conditions.
Plantstop.us is not responsible for deterioration caused after delivery by improper care, unsuitable growing conditions, extreme temperatures after successful delivery, overwatering, underwatering, pests introduced after delivery, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plantstop.us will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the purchase, shipment, use, or care of our products.
Plantstop.us is also not responsible for loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where Plantstop.us is determined to be responsible for a claim, our total liability relating to the applicable order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content appearing on Plantstop.us, including:

Text and product descriptions;

Graphics;

Logos;

Website design elements; and

Plantstop.us branding
is owned by or licensed to Plantstop.us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially used, or represented as your own without prior written permission from Plantstop.us, except where permitted by law.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services to:
