Absolutely, it is safe.
With packing methods that comply with the standard plant packing protocols, we ensure the plants arrive in a safe and healthy condition.

Where do the products you sell originate from?
  1. Product Ready in USA: This product is already available in our warehouse.
  2. Product Pre Order (Fresh Import): This product comes from our partners in Indonesia.
Where will my plants be shipped from?
  1. Product Ready in USA: Plants are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey.
  2. Product Pre Order (Fresh Import): Shipped from Indonesia and first transits in New Jersey for the repacking process before being sent directly to the customer’s address.
Do I need any documents or permits to purchase?

When will my plants be shipped?

1. Product Ready in USA:

  • Orders will be shipped 7-10 days after you place your order.
  • Shipments are made every Monday to Thursday.


2. Product Pre Order (Fresh Import):

  • Adjusted according to the import shipping schedule, which is usually every two weeks.
  • You can view the upcoming import shipping schedule updates on our website banner or when you choose the shipping method during the checkout process.
  • When the imported plants arrive at our warehouse, we need 3-5 days to process repacking before they are finally sent to your address.

Is my plant safe during the winter season?

Yes, certainly safe. Our packing method adapts to the current season. We also offer a shipping option with a heat pack for extra protection.

Do you ship in all weather conditions throughout the year?

Do you ship internationally?

Indeed.
If the average high temperature in your area is regularly below 45 degrees, we advise getting our Winter Insurance in the winter. You can buy this as an add-on to your order or after you've placed one; just send us a message so we can make sure it gets applied correctly to your pending order.

Orders that include our Winter Insurance will have a member of our staff personally verify that the right heat packs, extra packing techniques, or other safety measures are used to guarantee your plant arrives safely in spite of the cold. Plants that are damaged during shipment—including those caused by heat or cold—will be replaced or refunded at no cost if Winter Insurance is purchased.

How to get tracking ID information?

Complaints

What happens if my plant arrives damaged?

You can file a claim for a damaged plant to our customer service email at plantstopus@gmail.com with mandatory photos or videos during unboxing.

What options are offered?

We take great care in packing your plants and keeping them safe from harm during transit. However, if the plants arrive damaged, we offer two options:

  1. Mainly, we offer the option to resend the shipment one time with shipping costs as much as the initial shipping value. If the resend package arrives damaged again, it is beyond our responsibility.
  2. Secondly, we offer an option for a partial refund of 70% of the value of the damaged plants.
