Plantstop.us sells live ornamental plants and related products, including internationally shipped plants.

We reserve the right to:

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the legal age in your jurisdiction

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and import regulations

3. Product Information

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of live plants:

  • Size, color, shape, and appearance may vary

  • Product photos are for reference purposes only, unless explicitly stated as REAL PICTURE / EXACT PLANT

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections are natural and expected

We do not guarantee that plants will be identical to the images shown unless clearly specified.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Orders 

1. Adding Items to Your Order

  • You may add plants before your order enters the packing process.

  • There is no limit to the number or type of plants added, as long as they are in stock.

  • Requests can be made via:

  • Any additional payment must be completed using one of the following methods:
    Zelle (plantstopus@gmail.com), Bank of America transfer, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, MasterCard, or Google Pay.

  • Confirmation will be sent after proof of payment is received.

2. Reducing Items in Your Order

  • Reductions are allowed before packing begins.

  • A clear reason must be provided.

  • Requests can be submitted via the Website Inbox, email, or Instagram DM.

  • Refunds will be issued via Zelle Or via paypal , please provide your Zelle details.

3. Combining Orders

  • If you have multiple orders, you may request to combine them into one shipment.

  • Requests can be made via the Website Inbox, email, or Instagram DM.

4. Splitting Orders

  • Large orders can be split into multiple packages upon request.

  • Additional shipping fees will apply.

  • Shipping fees must be paid via Zelle (plantstopus@gmail.com), Bank of America transfer, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, MasterCard, or Google Pay.

  • Confirmation will be provided after proof of payment is received.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 days of placing the order.

  • A clear reason for cancellation is required.

  • Requests must be sent via email to plantstopus@gmail.com.

  • Once approved, a full refund will be automatically processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Plantstop.us is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier services

  • Import restrictions, inspections, or permit requirements in the destination country

  • Additional taxes, duties, or customs-related fees

7. Refunds & Claims

Refunds, replacements, and claims are governed by our Refund & Resolution Policy.

All sales are final. Claims must be submitted according to the stated procedures and within the specified timeframes.

8. Import Responsibility

Buyers are fully responsible for:

  • Confirming that live plants are permitted to enter their country or state

  • Obtaining any required import permits or documentation

  • Understanding and complying with local agricultural and customs regulations

No refunds will be issued for orders that are rejected, delayed, or confiscated by customs authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

Plantstop.us shall not be liable for:

  • Plant loss or damage caused by factors beyond our control

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Issues arising after delivery due to improper care, handling, or environmental conditions

If liability is established, it shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Branding

is the exclusive property of Plantstop.us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:
