Plantstop.us carefully prepares and ships live plants within the United States. Because live plants are perishable and sensitive to transit conditions, all purchases are subject to the refund and claim policy outlined below.
1. Final Sale Policy
All orders placed with Plantstop.us are considered final.
Once an order has been processed, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
2. Claim Eligibility (DOA – Dead on Arrival)
Claims will only be reviewed if all of the following conditions are met:

The plant arrives dead or severely damaged upon delivery (DOA)

The claim is submitted within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp
-
Clear photo or video evidence is provided, including:

The condition of the plant upon arrival
-
The original shipping box and shipping label
-
All affected areas of the plant
-
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
3. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong plant, email us with photos and unboxing videos.

We will resend the correct plant and cover the return shipping cost.

Alternatively, you may keep the incorrect plant by paying 50% of its value.
4. Exclusions & Non-Covered Issues
Plantstop.us does not accept claims for the following:

Minor cosmetic imperfections (small tears, scratches, spots, or blemishes)

Temporary transit stress, including yellowing, leaf drop, or mild dehydration
-
Soil displacement or root disturbance caused during shipping
We are also not responsible for damage resulting from:

Shipping delays
-
Weather or temperature conditions
-
Improper handling after delivery
-
Failure to comply with state or local plant regulations
These conditions are considered standard risks when shipping live plants.
5. Resolution Options
We offer two solutions:
a. Resend (Primary Option)

Replacement plants are provided free of charge (shipping not included).

Shipping fees follow checkout rates and are paid via Zelle.

Resend timeline:

Ready in USA: 7–10 days (subject to availability)

Pre-Order: 30 days after claim approval

b. Refund
-
Refund of 50% of the plant value (shipping excluded).

Processed within a minimum of 7 days after resolution.
6. How to Submit a Claim
If you need to submit a claim, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include the following details:
